Recent Projects
Here are some recent web redesigns I worked on while interning at the Consumer Technology Association.
CES 2024:
ALL On Redesign
For the annual tech event CES, the Consumer Technology Association introduced a new theme for 2024 called "ALL ON". As part of the promotion, the Marketing team tasked me with adding new images to replace the existing ones on the landing page of the CES website. I updated all 24 topic pages, including the one on Web3 and Metaverse. Once the event was over, I added all of the post-session videos with each custom thumbnail.
Diversity and Inclusion: Creating Innovation for All webpage
The Consumer Technology Association assigned me the task of creating a new web page on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion. The resulting page, called Innovation for All, is a program that offers access to sessions and events at CES, aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry.
Initially, I organized the page layout by adding hyperlinks to all the conference sessions related to Innovation for All. Then, I included all the Innovation for All events and added the diverse start-up company winners from CTA's Eureka Park competition along with their company logo and website hyperlinks. Finally, I added the sponsors for the Innovation for All program.
Once the new page was created, I linked it to the Diversity and Inclusion topic page on the CES website. Additionally, I made some updates such as refreshing the landing page image and adding new sessions/videos from CES.
CES Tech Talk Podcast: Updating existing pages and Creating new podcast pages
For this project, I was tasked by the Consumer Technology Association to manage their podcast web page, CES Tech Talk. My responsibilities included uploading a new episode every two weeks using the Libsyn. This involved uploading the audio file, logo, title, and description, and then publishing it.
After uploading the podcast to all streaming platforms, I created a new podcast page on the CES site. I obtained an embed code for the record player and inserted it into the page. Following that, I will add the title, description, and transcript, and then proceed to add content to the speaker section. This will include the speaker's headshot, name, occupation, and description.
The podcast episode above is taken from one of the episodes that I uploaded on the CES website. The left side displays the dedicated podcast page. The right side shows the tech talk podcast page, where all the podcasts are available.
